• Any return / refund / cancellation sought for by paid customer will be entertained only when received within 10 days of the date of paid membership
• Refunds will be credited to the source account or same mode of payment, within 15 working days
• The Paid membership for which a refund has been sought for will be subject to examination by experts. Regarding its technical problem or No response
• No cash or refund of money will be allowed, but Paid Membership only will be transferred or can be used by availing any other services of our company.
• If the Paid Membership is required to be changed at a later stage the excess amount will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation of account

• Either you or Virtualinit may cancel your Account at any time, for any reason or no reason. Such cancellation will become effective upon notice to the other party, except that a cancellation by or Virtualinit due to your breach of this Agreement will become effective immediately, regardless of notice.
• Upon the effective moment of cancellation of your account, your rights and privileges under this agreement becomes null
